Integrated Management System (IMS)
The Integrated Management System is designed and implemented in agreement with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and NP 4457 standards, by which Novatronica is certified since 2018 and covers all our facilities, activities and employees.
The current policy of IMS, defined by the Administration, reflects the concern of the company in the definition and implementation of processes and methodologies that ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and performance. Therefore, everyone assumes the responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System, permanently seeking the optimization of processes and resources as factors for continuous improvement and development, as well as employee satisfaction, taking into account the different social, economic and environmental aspirations.
Our Integrated Management System implemented in Novatronica – Portugal, applies in the scope:
“Research, development and innovation of new technologies, manufacturing and marketing of electronic material and provision of related services, particularly in the management of mobile and fixed resources, with a focus on alarmistics and security.”
Novatronica’s Quality, Environment and RDI Policy is essentially customer-oriented, while serving the company’s interests in the following aspects:
- Product research and development, served from the perspective of achieving excellence.
- Concern for meeting the implicit and explicit requirements of the customer.
- Progress towards continuously improving the efficiency of the Quality Management System, Environment and RDI, thus ensuring the sustainability of the business.
- Pollution prevention.
- Compliance with legal requirements, namely CE marking and environmental, normative and others.
Our work in the field of Quality, Environment and RDI consists of innovating through study, consultation with our customers, experience based on what we do and the results obtained, the ability to change course when necessary and to promote effective resource management that allows the balance between: the development of the company’s activity, the environment and the welfare of our employees and consumers. In the field of Innovation, we seek to develop and produce solutions to surprise the market through techniques and processes supported by advanced technologies, creating value that results in benefit for both the company and its customers.
Data Protection Policy
Personal data is essential for the development of Novatronica – Digital Devotion, Ltd activity, particularly for the provision and marketing of our products and services, for providing, monitoring and improving the quality of services and to offer technical assistance.
Novatronica strictly respects the security of personal data of our customers, suppliers and employees and has always worked to ensure the best levels of privacy protection, respecting the law and all national and European regulations and guidelines.
With this in mind, the Data Protection Policy has been drawn up and internal procedures have been implemented to ensure maintenance of information, limited access to data, trust and responsibility and, finally, training of employees to treat and protect customer data.

In addition, we have a team with a highly specialized profile, which includes technicians with high knowledge and experience in data storage services that implement a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect and maintain the security, integrity and availability of your personal data, such as protection of information technology systems through firewall, to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and permanent monitoring of access.

We keep your data only for as long as we need and for the purpose for which it was collected. After that, all your data will be anonymized or deleted.
